RCBC wins dual honors at the Global Retail Banking Innovation Awards 2025

The Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) has received two distinctions for SME development and financial inclusion at the Global Retail Banking Innovation Awards 2025 last October, 2025.


The banking awards, organized by The Digital Banker, recognized the bank’s RCBC Negosyo Bundle Plus and Kabalikat Cooperatives Program.


RCBC Negosyo Bundle Plus was awarded Best New SME Product of the Year, while the Kabalikat Cooperatives Program received the Best Financial Inclusion Award, affirming the bank’s role as a leading innovator in enabling shared progress and empowering grassroots economies.


The Negosyo Bundle Plus program supports growing businesses and SMEs with an integrated suite of financial tools, including flexible payment acceptance options such as QR Pay, POS, Tap-to-Phone, and ATM Go, along with no maintaining-balance settlements accounts, payroll services with enhanced employee benefits, access to personal loans, and comprehensive business and employee protection products.


The Kabalikat Cooperatives Program empowers cooperatives and their members through a pioneering revenue-sharing model that allows cooperatives to earn recurring income. The program also provides affordable family protection insurance, accessible disbursement debit cards using cooperative-issued IDs, and capacity-building and knowledge-sharing sessions through the Forging Alliances learning platform.
