Biopharma company Sanofi Philippines has partnered with Healthway Medical Network (HMN), the clinics-and-hospitals arm of Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (AC Health), to seamlessly integrate vaccination into standard patient care, empowering Filipino patients through education about vaccine-preventable diseases and ensuring convenient access to life-saving preventive care during their routine clinic visits.
Under the partnership, Healthway’s VaxHubs will serve as a network of dedicated vaccination hubs within its facilities, where patients can receive recommended vaccines during the same visit as their consultation or diagnostic procedure. By bringing vaccination into the clinic experience, VaxHub helps make immunization more convenient and accessible.
The initiative aims to address longstanding barriers to adult vaccination in the country, such as limited awareness, time constraints, and the need for separate vaccination appointments. Together, Sanofi Philippines and Healthway aim to expand vaccine education and access to encourage more Filipinos to seek preventive care.
