Camp COMCO Mentorship Program Opens Cycle 24 to Shape the Next Generation of Communicators

In celebration of Decada de COMCO, COMCO Mundo's year-long 10th anniversary celebration, COMCO School of Communications, the communication training and education arm of global award-winning integrated communications group COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises, opens its doors to applicants across the Philippines for the Cycle 24 of Camp COMCO Mentorship Program.

Camp COMCO, the internationally recognized and industry-acclaimed mentorship program of COMCO Mundo, is now seeking the next generation of trailblazing storytellers, creative rebels, and future leaders to join COMCO Mundo's agencies and programs as apprentices. Selected applicants will have the opportunity to work across COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises, COMCO Southeast Asia - Pilipinas, TARO AOX Inc., COMCO Middle East & Africa, COMCO Southeast Asia - Singapore, SEA Wave & Spice with Purple Alab, COMCO School of Communications, Citizen COMCO, SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo, and Sundaica Shared Services & Enterprise Community.

Students and fresh graduates of Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or related disciplines will gain real-world experience, sharpen their skills, and learn directly from COMCO Mundo's pool of industry experts through Camp COMCO. As an intensive talent incubation initiative, industry linkage course, and apprenticeship program, Camp COMCO equips participants with the knowledge, experience, and character-building program to master the best practices in brand storytelling and thrive in the communications industry.

Recognized for its excellence and impact, the program has earned multiple prestigious accolades, including the 2024 IABC (International Association of Business Communicators) Global Gold Quill Award in Chicago, 2025 IABC Asia-Pacific Silver Quill Award in Manila, and 2022 IABC Philippine Quill Award of Excellence as well as the Top Award in Communication Training and Education, and the 2019 Gold Anvil Award for Specialized Public Relations Program. Today, Camp COMCO has produced 157 graduates, some of whom are now esteemed leaders and partners in the COMCO Mundo group and the rest are making their mark across the communications industry and beyond.

At its core, Camp COMCO is designed to help apprentices (or fondly called COMCOwans) grow into skilled, forward-thinking PR and Communications practitioners through learning sessions, industry immersion, and hands-on experience across COMCO Mundo’s various business units. The program culminates in the highly anticipated House Wars pitch competition, where apprentices put their learnings into action for actual brands and projects, and showcase the knowledge and skills they have gained throughout their Camp COMCO journey. Ten years on, Camp COMCO continues to open doors for aspiring talent, equipping the next generation of communicators with the skills, tools, and right mindset to become the storytellers of tomorrow.

“Camp COMCO was built on the belief that the future of communications begins with investing in young talent. Through mentorship, hands-on learning, and even character building, we hope to empower the next generation of storytellers to create meaningful and lasting impact in our industry,”

COMCO Mundo Interregional President & Group Chief Executive and Head of Global & Strategic Communications / Partner & Co-Founder, Mr. Ferdinand Bondoy

Beyond the mentorship program, Camp COMCO continues to build a strong community through the Camp COMCO Alumni Society, bringing graduates together to stay connected, collaborate, and give back. Working alongside Citizen COMCO, the advocacy arm of COMCO Mundo, Camp COMCO alumni have supported some of COMCO Mundo’s cause-oriented initiatives, including COMCOlidays with Kids for various child-focused institutions, relief efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic and natural disasters, Unilab Foundation Play Advocacy Week, WWF’s Earth Hour, and more recently, the Camp COMCO Kids. Today, the Alumni Society continues to grow as a community of communications, marketing, and multimedia professionals who carry forward the program’s spirit of lifelong learning, meaningful storytelling, and purpose-driven leadership.
